Sheraz is a graduate of Boston University School of Management. He has over 20 years of experience in managing companies in various sectors. These include textiles, energy, real estate development and venture capital.

Sheraz has been the driving force behind the development and modernization of the Monnoo Group. While this business dynasty specializes in textiles and agriculture, their involvement also extends to real estate and the power sector. The Monnoo Group has contributed significantly to the industrial and economic growth of Pakistan and employs over 8000 workers.

Sheraz is the former chairman of the Association of Builders And Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) and still actively involved in the organization.

He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and is an avid mountain climber, with Kilimanjaro being a highlight. Due to his love of nature, he has been involved in various projects to protect and preserve our natural environment.
